Sponsoring Options
On March 10, Rotterdam Ahoy is the place to reach a large enthusiastic group of people who enjoy tractor pulling. We offer a host of opportunities in the field of sponsoring, exposure, hospitality and sales. You can choose a standard package or custom-select your own package.
Class sponsor
You can attach your name to a class. This package comprises:
- 4 displays of your commercial for 30 seconds at the Ahoy Sports Palace
- 25 1st ring admission tickets for the afternoon or evening event
- 1 trackside advertising sign
- Name listed on www.europeansuperpull.nl
- Sector exclusivity
Costs: € 7,500 (excl. VAT and production costs).
Advertising sign
You can advertise your company to the spectators via a trackside advertising sign.
Costs: € 1,000 (excl. VAT and production costs).
Commercial
Your commercial will be shown on a large screen in between the events. Your message will be announced by a presenter. The 30-second commercial will be shown during both the afternoon and the evening event.
Costs: € 350 per 2 showings (excl. VAT and production costs).
Promotion stand
On the 1st ring of the Sports Palace as well as in Hall 1 where the machines are on display, you can present/sell your products in a stand.
Costs of Sports Palace stand: € 30 per m2
(excl. VAT and stand construction)
Costs of exhibition hall stand: € 30 per m2
(excl. VAT and stand construction)
VIP packages
You can invite your clients for the afternoon and/or evening event and receive them in a special reception area near the track. A VIP package comprises:

There's also a full range of corporate hospitality packages. You can invite your clients and associates to the afternoon or evening event and receive them in a special hospitality area, right beside the track. A VIP package comprises:
- Lunch or diner buffet and drinks
- Seats on special trackside VIP stand
- 6 consumption coins
- Free parking spot
Cost of VIP packages per session:
less than 10 persons: € 94,00 p.p.
10-20 persons: € 89,00 p.p
from 20 persons: € 84,00 p.p.
